Method of use:

Grated roots seasoned with vinegar (as a spice and to treat loss of appetite) are consumed in a mixture with yogurt 1:10 (for diabetes) or with honey in a ratio of 1:1 (to stimulate digestion) 1 tablespoon each before meals, 3 times a day. Juice of fresh roots can also be used. With larger amounts, insufficient dilution or prolonged exposure to the drug, undesirable inflammatory changes may occur — gastritis, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or pain, redness, tissue necrosis (when applied to the skin).

Contraindications:

It is necessary to pay attention to the dosage when using horseradish, because an overdose can cause an inflammatory reaction on the part of the mucous membranes, as well as the appearance of intoxication.
