The herb Sweet flag has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, expectorant, antifungal and disinfecting action. It can be used for indigestion, ulcer, inflammation of the intestinal mucosa, acids, gases, diarrhea, loss of appetite. It acts favorably in jaundice, cough, toothache, irregular menstruation. When chewed, the roots of the herb cause nausea and vomiting, which is why they are used to quit smoking. It improves vision and memory.
Method of use:
Internally: 1 teaspoon of the herb is poured with 250 ml of boiling water for 10 minutes. Strain and take 30 minutes before meals 3 times a day. In the same way, a decoction for frothing or gargling can be prepared. Externally: 20 g of the herb is poured with 1 L of boiling water for 10 minutes. It is strained and used for baths, compresses, etc.
Contraindications:
Do not use by pregnant and lactating women and in case of individual intolerance to the herb.
