Cocoa powder is extracted from the evergreen tropical cacao tree (Theobroma cacao) of the variety Criollo. This is an ancient, non-hybrid variety, which is the highest quality and in demand. It is distinguished by a dense, rich and balanced chocolate taste and aroma. Cocoa butter is extracted from the cocoa beans and the rest is ground into a fine powder. Cocoa is a source of fats, minerals (magnesium, iron, calcium, zinc) and theobromine – a caffeine-like substance that stimulates the central nervous system.

Method of use:
Accept 10-15 g (2 table spoons) per day. It can be added to smoothies or to homemade pastries, chocolate pancakes, smoothies and ice cream.
