Manna honey is one of the most useful, powerful and quality types of honey in the world. It is the only honey that is not nectar. Bees collect it from the sweet sap called mana (wood resin), which is released from deciduous and coniferous trees in the Strandja mountain region in Bulgaria. Manna honey has a characteristic very dark to black color, and its taste is dense reminiscent of petmez. Extremely rich in minerals, vitamins and amino acids, including potassium, magnesium, iron, calcium, phosphorus and vitamin C. This explains its immunostimulating and antioxidant properties. It can be taken for anemia because it is rich in iron. Honey is suitable for athletes or people who perform heavy physical labor. Method of use:
