Chia protein is extracted after extraction of fat, increasing protein concentration and preserving the valuable qualities of the seeds. Chia is high in omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, antioxidants, fiber, vitamins, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, potassium and iron. Replenishes iron deficiency, favors the work of the gastrointestinal tract, regulates blood sugar levels, maintains healthy skin and hair. Due to the content of omega 3 fatty acids, chia prevents inflammatory processes, strengthens blood vessels, restores hormonal balance and improves vision. Chia takes care of bone and tooth health, restores memory, mood and full sleep.

Protein from unroasted chia seeds, ground on a stone mill.
Method of use:
Once a day, add 2 tablespoons (30 g) of chia protein to smoothies, juices, yogurt, etc.
