Thyme oil is suitable for direct intake and cosmetic purposes. The herb is known for its beneficial effect on the whole organism. It has a rich content of essential oil and can be used as an expectorant, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, gasogon, analgesic and antispasmodic agent. It is successfully applied in dry, spastic cough, bronchial asthma and lung diseases. Relieves colic, chronic gastritis, gastric ulcer, diarrhea. Thyme soothes the nervous agitation, improves sleep and reduces headaches. The oil can be used externally for lubrication in joint-muscle diseases, radiculitis, neuritis and myositis. Its antiseptic action helps with various skin problems such as pimples and purulent wounds, opens pores and regulates fat secretion.

Obtained by maceration thyme oil.

Method of use:

As a dietary supplement, take 10 drops of the oil a day with water or food. The dose can be increased to 20 drops a day for persistent cough and lung problems.

Externally, it can be used directly on the problem area or put into home cosmetics.
