PRODUCT INFORMATION
Basil can be used as an expectorant, antiseptic, antispasmodic and digestive agent. The herb is beneficial for chronic colitis, gastritis, enteritis, cough, runny nose, angina and bronchial asthma. It is used for inflammation of the urinary tract and toothache. Basil calms the nervous system, normalizes the menstrual cycle, increases lactation, neutralizes any poison. Traditionally, it is used for headaches, diarrhea, constipation, warts, worms and kidney diseases.
Method of use:
2 tea spoons of the herb is boiled in 300 ml of hot water for a few minutes. Strain and drink during the day. In the same way, a decoction for gargling is prepared.
As a seasoning you can add basil to main dishes, soups, salads, spaghetti and pizza.
