PRODUCT INFORMATION

The active substance in Analgin 500 mg/1 ml Oral Drops is Metamizole sodium. It is an analgesic with analgesic and temperature-lowering action. It can be used for moderate to severe pain of various origin, such as headache, toothache, neuralgia, neuritis, muscle pain, trauma, burns, renal and biliary colic, menstrual pain, postoperative and Phantom Pain, pain in oncological diseases.

Method of use:

Recommended dosage scheme based on the content – 20 drops are equal to 1 ml of solution. Depending on the maximum daily dose, the single dose can be taken up to 4 times a day, at intervals of 6 to 8 hours. Take Analgin Oral Drops no more than 3 to 5 days.

Age/ weight / single dose:

Adults and children aged 15 and over / > 53 kg / 10-40 drops.

Children 13-14 years / 46-53 kg / 15 - 35 drops.

Children 10-12 years / 31-45 kg / 10-30 drops.

Do not take Analgin if you have previously taken a medicine containing Metamizole.

Contraindications:

Do not use Analgin oral drops: if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to the active substance Metamizole sodium, other pyrazolones. If you have an intolerance to anti-pain products. If you have impaired bone marrow function, congenital glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase insufficiency, liver and kidney diseases. If you are pregnant or breast-feeding.

Hypersensitivity reactions to analgesics may manifest with itching, swelling, attacks of shortness of breath.

Drug interactions:

Simultaneous intake of Analgin and chloropromazine can lead to a sharp decrease in body temperature. Concomitant use of Metamizole and chloropromazine should be avoided. Do not take Analgin if you are taking medicines that suppress blood clotting, lower blood pressure, medicines to treat psychiatric disorders and drainage medicines. Metamizole may reduce the effect of medicines such as bupropion, Efavirenz, methadone, valproate, tacrolimus, sertraline.

Ingredients:

Active substance-Metamizole sodium 500 mg in 1 ml solution. Other ingredients – disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate monohydrate, sucralose, liquid essence Raspberry, purified water.

Storage:

Store well closed in a cool, dry place, without direct sunlight.
