Yellow Dock contains bitter compounds that stimulate the production of digestive enzymes and bile juice, promote the absorption of food. Supports bowel function, has a mild laxative effect and contributes to regular bowel movements. Yellow Dock promotes the breakdown of fats in the liver and the elimination of toxins from the body. Method of use:
As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules 2 times a day with food.
