Juniper is a powerful diuretic, disinfects the urinary tract and helps to remove toxins from the body. Increasing the excretion of urine and salt contributes to the relief of symptoms of gout, rheumatism, joint pain, swelling and obesity. It can be used in sand and stones in the kidneys and bladder, in cystitis. Juniper supports digestion and metabolism. Helps with gas, colic, decreased appetite and bad breath. Favors the respiratory system in chronic bronchitis and asthma. Juniper has antibacterial and antifungal properties, can be useful in gynecological infections and white discharge. Improves states of anxiety and depression.

Method of use:

As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules 3 times a day with food,  increase water consumption intake during the day.

Maximum daily dose:

Juniper fruit - 1800 mg.
