Method of use:

2 table spoons from the herbal mixture is poured with 500 ml of boiling water. Boil for 10-15 minutes and strain. Take 150 ml 3 times a day, 20 min. before meals. Tea should be at room temperature or pleasantly warm.

Nettle leaf (Urtica dioica), Blueberry leaf (Vaccinium myrtillus), Mulberry leaf (Morus), Common bean pods (Phaseolus vulgaris), Dandelion twig (Taraxacum officinale), Dried blueberry (Vaccinium myrtillus), Turmeric (Curcuma longa), Cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum verum).
