Pterostilbene is a compound that is naturally found in blueberries and grapes. It is also known as Dimethylresveratrol and is believed to have more powerful antioxidant action than resveratrol. Increases the production of insulin-like growth factor, which is very important for the growth of blood vessels and neurons in the hippocampus of the brain. This is directly related to memory, oxygen transfer and blood supply. Pterostilben can be used in dementia and Alzheimer's disease.

Method of use:
