Oregano has antiviral and anti-inflammatory action. It is rich in vitamin C, which stimulates the immune system. Relieves cough, sore throat and runny nose. Improves the work of bile, strengthens peristalsis and digestion, stimulates appetite. It can be used to reduce abdominal cramps, irritable bowel syndrome and bloating. The herb acts diuretic. Helps to remove grains of sand and stones from the kidneys and bladder.
Method of use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule a day with water.
