Shiitake is a type of mushroom that is found in East Asia, but is cultivated worldwide. The most valuable ingredient of this mushroom is lentinan, which has an antitumor effect. This action is expressed in the activation of the immune system, the substance perforin is released, which is a high molecular protein. Perforin literally perforates the outer membrane of diseased cells and they die. Another useful action of shiitake is to reduce fat in the blood and regulate blood sugar levels.
Method of use:
As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules 1 time a day with water.
Maximum daily dose:
Shiitake extract 620 mg.
