Zinc picolinate is a form of zinc in combination with picolinic acid. Zinc makes up about 20% of the total compound. It provides communication between cells in the body and plays the role of a neurotransmitter. In men, it stimulates the production of testosterone and sperm. Method of use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule a day with water.
