PRODUCT INFORMATION
Vitamin B3 is known by several names such as niacin, vitamin PP or nicotinic acid. Since it is a water-soluble vitamin and does not accumulate in the body, it has to be taken daily. It participates in the metabolic process of carbohydrates and lipids, through which energy is supplied to the whole organism. Supports the normal functioning of the cardiovascular, digestive and nervous systems, participates in the synthesis of certain hormones such as testosterone, estrogen and insulin. Supports good skin health. With niacin deficiency, nervousness and irritability, chronic headaches, skin problems and digestive problems are manifested. With an overdose of the vitamin, redness on the skin and a feeling of tickling appear, but these symptoms subside within 1 hour.
Method of use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule per day with water.
