Hyaluronic acid is a member of a family of molecules known as glycosaminoglycans. It is an extremely important component of connective tissue that fills the space between skin cells and other tissues. Contributes to the hydration of the skin of the face and the whole body, supports the activity of the bone and joint apparatus and the hydration of the joints. Contributes to the good condition of the skin, hair and nails. Hyaluronic acid acts on the skin, naturally moisturizing it and keeping it young, hydrated. Helps for healthy eyes, nails, hair and especially joints. Studies show that taking hyaluronic acid capsules can improve wound healing, but its greatest effect is in joint function.
How to use - Hyaluronic acid Bioherba
As a dietary supplement, take two capsules twice a day with water for the first two weeks and two capsules a day thereafter.
