PRODUCT INFORMATION
Vitamin E is an antioxidant and helps protect human cells from the harmful effects of oxidants (free radicals) that are formed in it under the influence of the environment (ultraviolet rays, toxic substances in polluted air and cigarette smoke), as well as are formed in people's bodies and during emotional stress, breathing, digestion, sports and even sleep. Vitamin E binds to oxygen and prevents it from turning into toxic compounds. Thus, red blood cells (erythrocytes) receive more oxygen, which they deliver everywhere in the human body. Vitamin E is important for the cellular respiration of the heart and skeletal muscles, as well as for their nerves, ensuring their functioning with less oxygen, ie. gives them endurance.
