Action and application of the product
Fish oil is a source of essential fatty acids omega 3. The human body does not produce them alone, therefore it is necessary to take them from external sources. Omega - 3 fatty acids contain dicosahexaenoic (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic (EPA) acids, which are a very important nutrient for human health. They are concentrated in the phospholipids of cell membranes throughout the body, especially in the gray matter of the brain, heart, testicles and retina of the eyes.
