Flaxseed oil lowers cholesterol and triglycerides and helps maintain normal blood sugar levels because it is one of the richest sources of Omega-3, as well as contains Omega-6 and Omega 9 unsaturated fatty acids. Method of use and dosage
As a dietary supplement, take one softgel capsule two to three times a day with water.
