Dried birch leaves are especially suitable for making medicinal tea.
They have analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antiviral action.
Birch has astringent properties and is used effectively for skin rashes and wet eczema.
How to use - White birch leaf
4 teaspoons of leaves are brewed with 500 ml of boiling water for 10 minutes. The amount is drunk for 1 day. A decoction can also be made. Before drinking the decoction or infusion should be slightly alkalized by adding a little baking soda, because they are very acidic.
