DAY 1 (Preparation & Detox):
Morning: Take Epsom salt (20-30g) with 250ml warm water.
During the day: Drink 2-3 liters of boiled warm water for full cleansing.
Important: No food until the next morning.
Boil 3 tea bags in 500ml water for 10 min. Divide into 3 doses of 150ml each, 20 min before meals:
☀️ Morning: 150ml tea with 1 tbsp honey (replaces breakfast).
🌤️ Lunch: 150ml tea + normal meal + 250g tomato juice (no sugar).
🌙 Evening: 150ml tea + light dinner (steamed vegetables only, no bread and sweets).
St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum), Flax (Linum usitatissimum), White Horehound (Marrubium vulgare), Thyme (Thymus vulgaris), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), Mallow (Malva sylvestris), Hawthorn flower (Crataegus monogyna), Hops (Humulus lupulus), Anise (Pimpinella anisum), Verbena (Verbena officinalis), Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare), Dill (Anethum graveolens), Yellow Sweet Clover (Melilotus officinalis), Agrimony (Agrimonia eupatoria), Nettle (Urtica dioica), Peppermint leaf (Mentha piperita), Chicory (Cichorium intybus).
Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Not suitable for individuals with intolerance to any of the herbs.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
