The main active ingredient in milk thistle is silymarin. Silymarin is a powerful antioxidant that protects liver cells from harmful substances formed during smoking, alcohol abuse and from foods high in fat. Silymarin has anti-inflammatory and anti-metastatic effects.
How to use - Milk thistle oil Bioherba:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 teaspoon 3 times daily before meals.
1 teaspoon = 5 ml Milk thistle oil
3 teaspoons = 15 ml Milk thistle oil

Contraindications: Do not take this product if you are taking prescription antidepressants or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult your doctor before use.
