In this case, you need a drug with anti-inflammatory and analgesic action, BUT also with a draining effect to fight the source of pain - clogged sinuses! That's why we created IBUPROM SINUS - an effective painkiller with a special additional ingredient that unclogs the sinuses and thus eliminates not only the pain, but also its source!
IBUPROM SINUS is a drug that reduces the swelling of the nasal mucosa and reduces the amount of secretions. It cleans the nose and nasal cavities.


IBUPROM SINUS is an analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic drug that is indicated for the adjuvant treatment of symptoms associated with colds and flu such as: pain and blockage of the nasal cavities, rhinitis, fever, sore throat, muscle aches, headache.
Use as short a time as possible in the lowest possible therapeutic dose! Use no more than 3 days as an antipyretic and no more than 5 days as a non-prescription analgesic.


BEFORE YOU TAKE IBUPROM SINUS: Do not take IBUPROM SINUS if: Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the product. Hypersensitivity data to acetyl salicylic acid or to other NSAIDs. Treatment with MAO inhibitors and 2 weeks after discontinuation. Active or previous duodenal ulcer. Severe cardiovascular disorders, severe heart failure, tachycardia, hypertension, unstable angina pectoris. Hyperthyroidism. Diabetes. Pheochromocytoma. Closed-angle glaucoma. Prostate hyperplasia. Pregnancy and lactation.


TAKE SPECIAL WARNING WHEN USING IBUPROM SINUS: In case of bronchial asthma, history of peptic gastric or duodenal ulcer, liver or kidney failure, hypertension, blood disorders.


In patients over 65 years of age: Medicines such as IBUPROM SINUS may be associated with a slightly increased risk of heart attack or stroke. Any risk is more likely with high doses and prolonged treatment. Do not exceed the recommended doses and duration of treatment - 5 days.
If you have had a stroke, heart problems or think you may be at risk, you should discuss treatment with your doctor or pharmacist.


Pregnancy: Do not use this product during pregnancy.
Breast-feeding: Do not use this product when breast-feeding.


HOW TO TAKE IBUPROM SINUS: Adults and children over 12 years: 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours. If you have the impression that the effect of IBUPROM SINUS is very strong or very weak, tell your doctor.
If you take more tablets than you should: You may experience intense nausea, headache and dizziness, abdominal pain, a sharp increase in heart rate, an increase in blood pressure.
If less than an hour has elapsed since the overdose, induction of vomiting, gastric lavage or administration of activated charcoal is recommended. Based on numerous studies regarding the effects of overdose of pseudoephedrine contained in combined products used in colds and allergies, gastric lavage is recommended when the ingested amount exceeds a dose equivalent to 3-4 maximum daily doses.

If you forget to take IBUPROM SINUS: IBUPROM SINUS is used as an aid in the treatment of pain, so it should be taken according to the instructions in the dosage section.

- Common - gastrointestinal tract - nausea, vomiting, burning sensation in the epigastrium and esophagus, indigestion, flatulence, diarrhea, constipation;
nervous system - headache, vertigo, hyperexcitability;
skin reactions of hypersensitivity - itching, urticaria, rash;
cardiovascular system - fluid retention and edema, high blood pressure, fast heart rate
Uncommon - hypertension, change in taste and elevated liver enzymes ALT and AST.
Rare - gastrointestinal bleeding, muscle tremor, blood clotting disorders.
Very rare - renal failure, haematological disorders, haemolytic anemia, granulocytopenia and thrombosis
