In gastric diseases, gastritis, loss of appetite, indigestion, weak stomach, anemia, fatigue, spring fatigue, chest disease, tuberculosis and others.
It is used as an herbal bitter for the treatment of digestive disorders.
Increases appetite. It is taken internally as a tea or tincture and for liver complaints, indigestion, stomach infections and anorexia.
How to use Blue cinquefoil stalk
2 tbsp. herb is boiled for 10 minutes in 500 ml of water. After cooling, strain. Drink 100 ml 3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals.

Blue cinquefoil stalk (Gentiana cruciata L.).
Contraindications
It should not be taken for stomach or duodenal ulcers.
Be careful not to overdose. Prolonged use of herbs and herbal preparations should be discussed with your doctor.
