Resveratrol is a bioflavonoid that has very high concentrations in the skin of red grapes, red wine, some berries, etc. Plants produce resveratrol mainly as a protective measure against fungi, bacteria, radiation and other environmental threats. Method of use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule a day with water.
Maximum daily dose:
