The herb Tagetes is beneficial for use as a tea and inhalation also in respiratory diseases such as colds, flu, bronchitis and nasal congestion, as well as as a tea and dietary supplement for gynecological problems and mastopathy in women. In fact, this is one of the main directions in which it is used with proven efficacy: fibroids, uterine fibroids, hemorrhages, uterine inflammation, mastopathy, cysts. In combination with yarrow and calendula, this effectiveness is enhanced.

How to use Tagetes
2 teaspoons of the herb are brewed for 30 minutes in 500 ml. hot water along with 1 tablespoon of marigold flowers. The strained infusion is drunk in 3 equal parts during the day before meals. To be taken only with a doctor's prescription and under medical supervision!
