Linden honey has a light yellow color, a characteristic pleasant aroma and taste. When it crystallizes, the color becomes lighter. It has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antioxidant properties, has the action of a natural antibiotic. Linden honey can be used as a soothing and antiseptic agent for cough and bronchitis. Because it contains many enzymes, honey helps digestion. It calms the nervous system and helps with insomnia.
