PRODUCT INFORMATION
Fennel seeds reduce the secretion of stomach acid and prevent the formation of stomach ulcers.They can reduce the growth of certain strains of fungi and bacteria. Anise seeds are high in antioxidants and can reduce inflammation in the body.Anise tea stimulates lactation - the secretion of breast milk in nursing mothers.
Method of preparation:
Infusion: 1 tsp. spoon of crushed seeds with 1/2 l of boiling water. After 1 hour, the infusion is filtered. Drink 1/2 tea cup before meals.
For nursing mothers : 1 cup of warm tea is drunk 20 minutes before breastfeeding.
