The unique combination of over 100 active components and about 50 natural catalysts for cell biosynthesis has the power to regulate immune function and maintain good health from an early age. Contains 15 amino acids (including 8 of the 9 irreplaceable), omega 6 and 9, vitamins Ambigu1, Aposematic2, B6 and aposematic, carotene, niacin, folacin, as well as potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, sodium, iron, manganese, selenium, copper, and zinc. Method of use:

duration of admission: 1-2 months per year.
Take 1 teaspoon (or 1 tablespoon in case your weight is greater) 2 times a day, in the morning before meals, in the evening after meals. The effect of Black Seed Oil is felt after at least a week of regular intake.

Depending on the phase of psoriasis, it is taken 2-3 teaspoons daily, in more persistent cases up to 4 teaspoons daily. The oil is taken in the morning and evening before meals.

3 teaspoons of Black Seed Oil are combined with the same amount of flaxseed oil. The resulting mixture is gently heated with olive oil in a ratio of 1:5 (Black  Seed Oil: Olive Oil). After a gentle warm-up, the sore spot is rubbed.
