How to use:
As a dietary supplement, take one capsule at bedtime with a glass of water.
Do not take this product if you are taking prescription antidepressants. Not recommended during pregnancy and lactation. Do not use in autoimmune disease or depressive disorder. Contains melatonin - may cause drowsiness. Do not take before driving.
