Tahini is rich in vitamins and minerals, made of 100% ground sesame seed, it does not contain preservatives and impurities.
Tahini is a balm for the gastrointestinal tract (1-2 teaspoons of fasting in gastritis and ulcers). This effect is due to its high quality fats. Contains essential amino acids (which makes it a complete food), vitamins - E (which is a powerful antioxidant), PP, B1, and trace elements - silicon, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium. The high calcium content makes it suitable for children (with bone growth) and adults (reduced discharge of bone calcium). Helps with sore throat, voice box.
Tahini is actually a mash of ground and roasted sesame. The seeds contain 60% fat, oleic and linoleic acid, 19% protein and 17.5% soluble carbohydrates.
The value is exceptional due to the presence of essential amino acids. Furthermore, sesame oil is a fat that is absorbed completely human. It is estimated that 100 g. sesame supplies the body with approx. 30 g protein, 60 g. fat, 20 g. carbohydrate, 4 g. fiber, 2.5 oxalates.
