Guarana is a creeping evergreen plant that is mainly distributed in Brazil. Guarana fruits are considered the most natural source of energy for the body. It can be used as a substitute for coffee, as it contains between 2.6% and 7% caffeine. Tones the mind and body, suppresses the feeling of fatigue, increases the volume of blood vessels, stimulates metabolic processes. Guarana helps remove retained fluids from the body, fights cellulite and reduces appetite. Improves mental functions, increases libido and mood.
Method of use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule with 200 ml of water, 3 times a day.
Maximum daily dose of 3 capsules:
Guarana powder seeds-930 mg of which caffeine – 23.3 mg, biotin (Vitamin B7) – 30 μg .
Ingredients in 1 capsule:
Guarana powder seeds-310 mg of which caffeine – 7.76 mg, biotin (Vitamin B7) – 10 μg.
Other ingredients:
Gelatin (capsule).
100 capsules = 41 g
Food additive:
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of the reach of children.
Contraindications:
Not to be taken by persons under 18 years of age. Do not take this product if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. Consult your doctor before use.
