Nutritional yeast is delicious inactivated yeast (contains no live microorganisms) - a rich natural source of much-needed body of B vitamins: B12 (Cobalamin), B9 (folic acid), B1 (Thiamine), B2 (Riboflavin), B3 (Niacin ), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine), B7 (Biotin) and others. It also contains organic minerals such as zinc, calcium, iron, magnesium, copper and the like.
Ingredients: Nutritional yeast - flakes. These proteins are of vegetable origin, contain all the essential amino acids and are readily absorbed by the human organism.

Usage: The pleasant flavor of the Yeast makes it suitable for direct consumption as it is, as well as a complimentary ingredient soluble in water, milk, juices or fruit and vegetable extracts. It can be added to any food to emphasize its taste. Sprinkle it on soups, salads, cooked dishes, cereals, popcorn, spaghetti, pizza or potato dishes. Soups, sauces and purees have a thickening effect.
Recommended dosage: 3 times x 1 tablespoon a day with some liquid (≈ 1 tablespoon 3 g). Nutritional yeast is a good substitute for salt. To retain vitamins, nutritional yeast is added after the heat treatment of foods.
