St. John's wort is beneficial in stress, helps with anxiety and depression, tones the nervous system and promotes the dew of the heart muscle. Helps with mild forms of depression. The hypericin contained in the plant helps with anxiety, sleep disturbances and contributes to conditioning and self-esteem. It works favorably in hemorrhoids, kidney stones, digestive system - gastritis, gases, enterocolitis, indigestion, diarrhea and hemorrhoids.
Method of use:
As a dietary supplement, take one capsule daily with 200 ml water, between meals.
