- Flaxseed (Linum usitatissimum): 30%
- Yarrow (Achillea Millefolium): 10%
- Chamomile - flower (Matricaria Recutita): 10%
- Felty germander (Teucrium Polium): 10%
- Wild licorice (Lonicera Caprifolium): 10%
- Mint (Mentha): 10%
- Coltsfoot (Tussilago farfara): 10%
- Lovage - root (Levisticum officinale): 10%
Method of preparation:
Soak 2 tablespoons of the herb in 300 ml of boiling water for 10 minutes. Strain and take 3 times a day for 100 g before meals.
