Our herbal mixture is carefully prepared according to a traditional recipe, including 9 selected herbs known for their beneficial properties. Each herb is chosen for its specific action and the synergistic effect that is achieved when combining them.

Action of herbs:

• Yellow Melilot (Melilotus): The herb has a soothing, antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory action. It is used for insomnia and increased excitability, for problems with muscles, dryness and joints. Has a beneficial effect on the circulatory system, improves the elasticity and strength of blood vessels.
• Hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna): Improves blood supply to the heart and brain, has moderate action in high blood pressure, calms the central nervous system.
• Oregano (Origanum vulgare): Has a beneficial effect on the whole organism due to the content of natural flavonoids and essential oils. It soothes the nervous system, can be used for insomnia, nervous tension and headaches.
• Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis): Has antiseptic, analgesic and antispasmodic action. It is used in neuroses, disorders of neurogenic origin, headache, dizziness, etc.
• Mint (Mentha): The herb soothes and anesthetizes. It is used for nervous excitement, headache, insomnia, etc.
• Thyme (Thymus): Soothing, anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic effect. Improves cravings, relieves anxiety, apathy and emotional stress.
• Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca): Used for mental fatigue and headache. Dilates blood vessels, lowers blood pressure and has a genitourinary effect.

Method of use:

2 tablespoons of the herbal mixture are boiled in 400 water for 2 minutes. The resulting amount is strained, divided into 3 parts and drunk after meals during the day.

Contraindications:

Do not use by pregnant and nursing mothers, in case of individual intolerance to any of the herbs.
