Valerian Roots, 100 g
The herb is recommended for nervous overwork, regulates heart activity, for insomnia, hysteria, state of fear, high blood pressure and menstrual disorders. In hysteria, the effect of valerian is enhanced in combination with white mistletoe, and in insomnia with hops.
Externally, it is recommended for the treatment of eczema and minor injuries.
Method of use:
Cold extract: 2 tsp. root is poured with 250 ml of cold water and left to soak for 12 hours. Take 1 tablespoon 5-6 times a day.
For increased agitation and insomnia, drink valerian root tea 1/3-1/2 cup 2-3 times a day.
Externally: a decoction of 100 g of roots left in a water bath.
Decoction: 100 g of roots are poured with 2 liters of boiling water and left to soak for 2 hours.
Contraindicated for patients with liver diseases!
