PRODUCT INFORMATION
The herb Sage is also known by the name Salvia. Improves concentration, memory and the ability to solve problems. It has powerful antioxidant qualities, supports immunity, fights bacterial and viral infections. It can be used for sore throat, cough, cold and flu symptoms. It acts favorably in the form of gargling in bleeding and infections of the gums, gingivitis or aphids. The herb Sage improves digestion, prevents stomach cramps, supports the treatment of gastritis, diarrhea, pain and bloating. The herb has a high content of vitamin K, improves bone health, reducing the risk of fractures. Its antioxidant action helps to reduce the action of free radicals. Improves skin appearance, limits skin infections such as acne, pimples and eczema.
Method of use:
As a tea: 1 tablespoon of the herb is boiled in 250 ml of boiling water for 5 minutes. Strain the tea and drink chilled to room temperature. So prepared tea can be drunk up to 3 times a day before meals.
For gargling or purulent wounds: 1 tablespoon of the herb is boiled in 500 ml of boiling water for 10 minutes.
Contraindications:
Do not use by pregnant and nursing mothers and in case of individual intolerance to any of the herbs.
