How to use Tintyava blue stalk
2 tbsp. herb is boiled for 10 minutes in 500 ml of water. After cooling, strain. Drink 100 ml 3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals.

Contraindications
It should not be taken for stomach or duodenal ulcers.
