PRODUCT INFORMATION
Known for its ability to stop bleeding, prevent infection and support blood circulation when taken internally. It is often used as a poultice, for washing, soaking or ointment to relieve pain and to heal wounds and injuries of various types.
Long considered by herbalists to be a "blood-moving herb," yarrow has been used to stimulate blood circulation and lower blood pressure.
The herb has a strong local anti-inflammatory effect.
It can be helpful in relieving digestive complaints and symptoms of colds and flu, and is also used to treat hemorrhoids, relieve menstrual discomfort and postpartum hemorrhage, and reduce gingivitis.
How to use - Yarrow stalk with color
15 g (3 tablespoons) herb is brewed with 200 ml of boiling water for 10 minutes. After cooling, strain and drink 1 tablespoon before meals 3 times a day. Gargling can be done for bleeding gums, inflammation of the oral mucosa, etc. It should be applied for at least 1-2 weeks for a healing effect.

Yarrow stalk with color (Achillea millefolium L.).
Contraindications
Yarrow is not recommended for use during pregnancy or lactation. It is believed that when taken orally, yarrow can stimulate a woman's menstrual cycle. This means that you may be at risk of miscarriage if you take it while you are pregnant.
