Action and application of the product
Caution: do not use undiluted! Dilution: 1 drop in 20 drops of base oil.
The oil obtained from mustard seeds is very useful, but also very spicy. It contains a large amount of vitamins: A, B6, D, L, P, PP and E. In addition, it is saturated with magnesium, sulfur, sodium, potassium, calcium, and the combination of these ingredients significantly improves immunity, strengthens the heart, liver and improves gallbladder function. This "bouquet" of useful elements also improves metabolism, but also slows down the aging process and helps to lose unwanted weight. Mustard oil in diluted form is successfully used to increase immunity, stimulates the overall toning of the body. Mustard oil increases the body's resistance to infections, has antistatic and bactericidal properties. The oil is recommended for use in massage oils, especially for overweight and obese people, as well as for flu and colds. It is also popular for strengthening and stimulating the hair, again strongly diluted with base oil.
Ingredients:
Natural cold pressed mustard oil.
Method of use and dosage:
Take 3 times a day a few drops diluted in a tablespoon of olive oil or other base oil. To be used in very small doses, diluted in base oil. Before using the oil, first lick a little and wait for the body's reaction. Diluted drinking oil should not be too hot. Start with a minimal dose and monitor your body's reactions.
Contraindications:
Use with caution and in very small doses, always diluted. Do not use by persons with heart disease!
