Action

Nettle:
Nettle has a diuretic effect and has a beneficial effect on metabolism. This action is due to vitamins, salts of iron and other compounds. Nettle improves the composition of the blood and increases the body's resistance.

Plantain:
Plantain has antimicrobial and diuretic action. The herb has a beneficial effect on problems with the digestive tract, incl. increased acidity of gastric juice and enteritis.

Pine tips:

Agrimony:

- Nettle (Urtica dioica): 20%
- Plantain (Plantago major): 20%
- Pine tips (Pinus sylvestris): 20%
- Agrimony (Agrimonia Eupatoria): 20%
- White birch - leaves (Betula pendula): 10%
- Dandelion - stalk (Taraxacum officinale): 10%

Method of preparation:

Soak 2 tablespoons of the herbal mixture in 500 ml of hot water for 10 minutes. Strain and take 120 g 3 times daily before meals.
