- Orange mullein - flower (Verbascum Phlomoides): 25%
- Mint (Mentha): 15%
- Marshmallow - root (Althaea Officinalis): 10%
- Thyme (Thymus): 10%
- Calendula (Calendula Officinalis): 5%
- Felty germander (Teucrium Polium): 5%
- Jerusalem thorn (Paliurus spina-christi): 5%
Method of preparation:
Soak 2 tablespoons of the herbal mixture in 500 g of boiling water for 10 minutes. Strain and take 120 g 3 times daily before meals.
