How to use Chamomile flower
Cold extract: 1 tbsp. herb is poured with 250 ml of cold water. After 8 hours strain and drink for 1 day.
Infusion for indoor and outdoor use: 1 tbsp. herb is poured with 500 ml of boiling water, cover for 15 minutes. Strain. The tea is drunk three times a day.
