Mallow tea is a gentle yet effective natural remedy for treating digestive disorders, respiratory ailments, bladder infections and much more.

Mallow has an anti-inflammatory, emollient, laxative, lactogenic, appetite-stimulating, expectorant, antitussive effect.

Mallow can help with all diseases affecting the digestive and respiratory systems, but also with inflammation of the bladder (cystitis), as well as for external application as a soothing agent for conjunctivitis and red skin and to remove acne and skin impurities.

Specifically, these are the diseases/problems where mallow (taken as an herbal tea or used in other forms) can be beneficial:

How to use - Take off a sheet of color

2 tbsp. herbs are infused for 10 minutes with 600 ml of boiling water. Drink 150 ml 3 times a day.

For gargling - the same infusion.

Contraindications
