Method of use - Sage leaf
 

External use: (for gargling and purulent wounds): 1 tbsp. herb is infused with 500 ml of boiling water for 10 min.

Internal use: 1 tbsp. infuse with 250 ml of boiling water for 5 min. Strain and drink at room temperature three times a day, 200 ml each.
