Preparation: 2 tablespoons of the herb are boiled in 500ml of boiling water. Soak for 2 hours, strain and drink 3 times 150ml before eating.
Description: Devil's mouth is a perennial herbaceous plant, 50-120 cm high, with a straight, four-edged, longitudinally grooved, hollow and hairy stem. The leaves are on long stalks, glabrous and covered with hairs. The leaves are dark green above and light green below. The flowers are located in several vertebrae in the axils of the upper leaves. The calyx is funnel-shaped, with 5 hard, curved outward teeth. The fruit is dry, decomposing into 4 three-walled nuts. The plant blooms in the second half of summer.
Distribution: Found in fields, grassy areas and along yards throughout the country.
Usable part: The above-ground part of the plant is used.
