Action:
Bloody geranium
Geranium has antioxidant and antiviral action. The herb supports the blood-forming organs by stimulating the production of red blood cells. Bulgarian folk medicine uses geranium for cirrhosis, renal sediments, myocarditis and others.
Dandelion
Dandelion improves liver function, has a choleretic, diuretic, anthelmintic, stimulates appetite. The herb is used in liver disease, urinary tract diseases, hemorrhoids, stomach and intestinal disorders, mild forms of diabetes.
Greater celandine
The plant has bactericidal properties and has antispasmodic, sedative, choleretic and anti-inflammatory effects. Bulgarian folk medicine uses Greater celandine for liver diseases, gastritis, colitis and others.
Mint
Mint has anti-infective and antiseptic properties. Folk medicine recommends mint for gastrointestinal disorders, liver and bile changes and more.
White horehound
White horehound has a disinfectant, antispasmodic and choleretic effect. The herb is used in diseases of the liver, in gastrointestinal inflammation with colic, diabetes, inflammation of the kidneys and bladder and others.
Sweet woodruff
The healing effect of Sweet woodruff is due to the essential oil and asperuloside contained in the plant. It has a diuretic, diaphoretic, analgesic effect. In Bulgarian folk medicine it is used for diseases of the liver, bile, spleen, headache and others.
Asparagus
Asparagus has a diuretic effect, dilates blood vessels, lowers high blood pressure. Folk medicine uses the herb in diseases of the liver and spleen, in otitis and fluid retention, enlarged prostate and others.
Ingredients:
Herbal mixture №9 contains 200 g of dried herbs in the ratio:
- Bloody geranium (Geranium sanguineum): 20%
- Dandelion - stalk (Taraxacum officinale): 20%
- Greater celandine (Chelidonium majus): 20%
- Mint (Mentha): 10%
- White horehound (Marrubium vulgare): 10%
- Sweet woodruff (Asperula odorata): 10%
- Asparagus (Asparagus officinalis): 10%
Method of preparation:
Add 2 tablespoons of the herbal mixture in 500 g of water and boil for 5 minutes. Strain and drink 150 g 3 times a day before meals.
Store in a dry, ventilated, protected from direct sunlight.
