Coldrex MaxGrip Lemon - for colds and flu, 10 sachets

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Paracetamol - analgesic (painkiller) and antipyretic (lowers fever). Its dose in the medicinal product is optimal.
Phenylephrine hydrochloride - a decongestant that causes the mucous membranes of the nose and sinuses to swell, helping you breathe easier.
Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) - which is usually used for flu and colds due to increased needs of the body, especially in the early stages of the disease.
The active ingredients in Coldrex MaxGripe Lemon do not cause drowsiness.

Method of administration - Coldrex MaxGrip:
One sachet dissolved in a glass of hot water. Take every four to six hours.

Do not take more than once every four hours. Do not take more than 4 sachets a day.

It should not be taken for more than 7 days.

What does Coldrex MaxGripe Lemon contain?
Each sachet contains as active substances Paracetamol 1000 mg, Phenylephrine hydrochloride 10 mg and Ascorbit acid (Vitamin C) 40 mg.
Each sachet also contains sugar, citric acid, sodium citrate, corn starch, sodium cyclamate, sodium saccharin, colloidal silica, lemon essence and natural curcumin (E 100).
Each pack contains 5 or 10 sachets. Each sachet contains 6.4 g of powder.

Contraindications:
CHECK BEFORE YOU TAKE THIS MEDICINE: Do not take with other medicines containing paracetamol.
Do not take with other medicines intended for flu, colds or nasal congestion.
Do not take Coldrex MaxGripe Lemon if:
- you are allergic to paracetamol, phenylephrine hydrochloride or vitamin C or any of the other ingredients listed above;
- you suffer from liver or severe kidney disease;
- you suffer from increased thyroid function, diabetes or have been treated for high blood pressure or heart disease;
- you are taking antidepressants. beta-blockers and you are taking or have taken, in the last two weeks, monoamine oxidase inhibitors;
- if you suffer from congenital fructose intolerance, glucose / galactose malabsorption syndrome or sugar / isomaltose deficiency. Each sachet contains 4g of sugar.

Warnings / precautions:
Talk to your doctor before taking Coldrex MaxGripe Lemon:
- if you are taking metoclopramide, domperidone (used to treat nausea and vomiting) or cholestyramine, used to lower cholesterol;
- if you are taking medicines to thin the blood (eg Warfarin);
- if you are on a low sodium diet. Each sachet contains 0.12 g of sodium;
- if you are pregnant or breast-feeding;
- Consumption of alcohol (especially in larger quantities - 90 ml of concentrate) at the same time as taking Coldrex MaxGriper Lemon increases the risk of liver damage. If you drink large amounts of alcohol, tell your doctor before taking the drug.
